I served in the military for seven years, where I made it my personal mission to take care of my sailors. In that environment, I learned the value of leadership, accountability, and compassion. Supporting my team wasn't just a responsibility—it was a calling. I saw firsthand how investing in people could drive performance, build loyalty, and create a culture of mutual respect.

When I transitioned to the private sector, I carried that mission with me, grounded in the belief that in order for Human Resources to protect the company, it must make every effort to protect and empower its employees. This philosophy has shaped my approach to HR, emphasizing fairness, support, and a commitment to fostering environments where employees thrive.

I began my civilian career working for a local company with more than a century of history and an employee-first culture. It was here that I learned how a steadfast commitment to people could translate into long-term organizational success. This experience reaffirmed my belief that employees are the heart of any company.

From there, I joined an international organization with a workforce of over 175,000 employees. Despite the scale and complexity, my focus remained the same: delivering top-notch human resources services to employees. Whether supporting a team of 10 or 10,000, my goal has always been to prioritize the human element in Human Resources.

Through every stage of my journey, I’ve remained committed to creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Today, I bring that same dedication to my work, blending military precision with a deep understanding of the human spirit to help organizations and their people thrive together.
